In the mortgage business since May 1995, Robert Murray found that regardless of the firm he worked for, exceptional customer service was lacking. Setting out to capitalize on this industry-wide vacuum, Robert founded RCM Mortgage Inc. in May of 2009.
First, he wanted to provide a single point of contact throughout the loan process, so RCM’s leadership was comprised of only seasoned Loan Originators - not application clerks. These professionals focus on delivering seamless one-on-one personal service. It starts with the initial conversation, then guidance through the Loan Application and signing process at the Closing Table. Repeat again for every client’s new loan for each new future address.
Second, in order for RCM to offer every type of mortgage product and close loans quickly, our team focuses on working efficiently and intelligently. We start with a 2 Minute Express App connected to a state-of-the-art online, paperless file system that gives RCM a competitive edge in giving our customers fast service and the best loan experience.
